Pros:

Production is varied and adaptive, shifting subtly to intensify the sound and emotion of each track

Greatly varied and genre-bending, putting punk back in the mainstream while also leaning on acoustic instrumentation and a host of other sounds

Lead vocals are intimate and impassioned, delivering highly personal lyrics with excellent clarity in the performance

Cons:

Songwriting can be quite simplistic and stale at times, relying on overdone devices

Somewhat derivative at times, borrowing from the more basic and tired tropes of its influences

Best: happier

Worst: brutal

6/10 Plainly pretty
