Pros:
Timbres and production are incredibly confident in their darkness and sexiness, flourishing through disgustingly overdriven guitar tones and vocals ranging from intoxicating whispers to enthralling shouting
Songwriting is exceptionally refined and purposeful, packing in a number of bluesy bass licks, awesome guitar lines and wonderful melodic hooks without a moment of filler of unrefinedness
Flows incredibly well from track to track, ranging from boisterous rock'n'roll jams to delightful slow burners to haunting balladry and pulling it all off consistently and coherently
Cons:
Wears its influences on its sleeve a little too prominently, indulging too heavily in the trademark sounds of other acts
Leaves the listener wanting more thanks to a needlessly short runtime and the occasional underwhelming moment
Best: Son of a Gun
Worst: Wolf River
8/10 Damn good rock, straight up
