Pros:

Soundscape is intoxicating and enveloping, leaving an unusual amount of room for great effect and lounging in a range of intriguing sounds including laser firing and haunting feedback

Guitar and bass grooves consistently land in a pocket, displaying great character in their phrasing and use of dissonance

Lyrical content is evocative and mysterious, creating some imagery that sticks with the listener

Cons:

Vocals are insufferably tuneless and dull, rarely accomplishing more than delivering semantic material

Snare sound also sticks out as needlessly harsh and brittle

Many tracks feel somewhat meandering and lifeless, wandering towards their end without urgency
