Pros:

Hooks and choruses are consistently catchy, memorable and whimsical, allowing the fun voice leading to shine through and displaying a great awareness of tension and release

Instrumentation is varied and electrifying, often accenting its melodies and key moments with bright brass hits and joyful backing vocals

Maintains its funkiness and grooviness throughout with great momentum, often excelling in its masterful slap bass performances

Cons:

Many tracks do, admittedly, sound rather similar to one another, staying in a similar emotion and musical place throughout

Does little to distinguish itself from its contemporaries, instead choosing to swell comfortably in its genre

Best: I CAN'T STOP THE LONELINESS

Worst: GOOD-NIGHT FOR YOU
