Pros:

Hooks and melodies are simply unrivalled, utilising the backing vocals to place great emphasis on the catchiest moments and being carried by one of the most iconic voices in all of music

Backing instrumentation is a treat, taking influences from funk music including punchy slap bass, electrifying brass accompaniments and sexy guitar lines and wrapping them up in an accessible package

First half is impeccably well-paced, serving up unforgettable track after unforgettable track with precision and purpose

Cons:

Second half can meander just slightly, housing some less inspired tracks and a small energy dip

Doesn't contain quite so many show-stopping moments as its contemporary releases

Best: Rock with You

Worst: She's Out of my Life

8/10 You can't really go wrong here
