Pros:
Melodies and hooks are incredibly memorable and well-suited to Kurt's voice, remaining as infectious and distinct as they were three decades ago
Performances, especially the more aggressive vocal moments, are often visceral and bludgeoning, speaking to a deep sense of anger, disgust and apathy
Tones and production constantly adapt to each track, balancing hollow timbres against raucous guitars and well-chosen harmonies
Cons:
Songwriting is painfully simplistic and unrefined, often building entire songs from four power-chord loops chosen seemingly at random
Guitar solos are laughably awful, never reaching beyond the barest of minimums
Constant aggression and similar theming makes many tracks blend together into an indistinct blur
Best: Something In The Way
Worst: Endless, Nameless
6/10 It's... fine
